Description

This is a very cool Catorex Skin Diver from the late 60ies. It is well worn and shows quite a few signs of use as you can see. Never the less, it is an attractive Diver with arrow hands and a rotating bezel in both directions. The watch just had a full service and is working fine. It's a bit big on my wrist, so I am lettting it go.

Description

This is a nicely preserved Glycine military watch from somwhere between the 40ies and 50ies. The chrome case and stainless steel screw down caseback are typical for this time period military watches. This one wasn't issued to the German Military, at least it has no engravings that could lead to such conclusions. The black dial is in good condition. The hands have been relumed, since they weren't in a nice state when I recieved the watch. It's looking fairly nice now and has quite a presence on the wrist.

Hi, my name is Nadja and I came across the world of vintage watches a few years ago, looking for an appropriate mechanical watch for my 40th Birthday. I always liked mechanical watches a lot, but my search for this specific watch opened the door to a whole new world of fascinating mechanics to me. From simple to complicated, in all sorts of variations. I simply lost my heart there.

This site is a listing of watches from my private collection that have to move on. So I hope you’ll take good care of them, as they deserve at their impressive age. Most of these watches were serviced, so I can offer you a guarantee for approximately 3 - 6 Months, assuming you treat the watch appropriate to it’s age.

This is a non-profit site. The goal is, to recuperate what I invested. So enjoy looking around here and feel free to ask me any questions regarding a watch that might have caught your eye.

Kind regards,
Nadja
