BWC stands for Buttes Watch Company, a small town in the Val de Travers, Neuchatel. 

This is a Chronograph with a Landeron 248 handwinding movement inside. The sunburst silver dial is in beautiful condition. The white raised subdials and the grey Rehaut tachymeter give the watch an extra sporty 60ies look. The case is stainless steel and in good condition.

The watch is serviced and working fine.

Description

The white raised subdials on the black dial and white tachymeter, give the watch an extra sporty 60ies look. The case is stainless steel and in fairly good condition, considering it's age.

Description

Flawless Doxa (NOS), manual winding with radial numbers and blued hands on a silver dial. The case is chromed, but in outstanding condition. The sides are matt, while the front is shiny. The edges are sharp. The watch wasn’t serviced, yet is working perfectly.

Description

Here's a really nice Eterna Kontiki Diver from the early 60ies in nicely preserved condition. The case has a few bumps and scratches, yet nothing that shows really bad. The crystal has a small chip at 12 o'clock. The watch wasn't serviced recently but is running quite well, the power reserve could be better. So a good clean-up and oiling would be a good thing and will increase the power reserve. Since this watch wears really big on the wrist, I decided not to keep it and won't invest in a service. It is gorgeous though and I am sorry not to be able to wear it. More information and photos on request by e-mail.

Omega 1946 automatic, bumper

Description

One of the first automatic movements by Omega was the cal. 28.10 bumper, which is ticking inside this watch. This watch is of elegance and beauty from the year 1946. The case has a diameter of impressive 36mm, which was quite remarkable for a wristwatch at the time. The over 70 year old dial shows slight traces of oxidation as you can see on the photos. The watch was entirely serviced at an Omega Service Center in Bern and is working flawless. It hasn't been worn much since. So it's time to let this Beauty go.

This is a beautifully aged Omega cal. 283, manual winding caliber from the 1950ies. The even patina on this silver dial is fantastic. The stainless steel case is a less common shape to see. The dial is silver, with silver painted numerals, applied indexes and logo. The watch wasn't serviced lately, yet is keeping perfect time.

Beautiful Omega Seamaster from the mid 1950ies with a gorgeously aged black dial, gold indexes and hands. Lume in the hands and on the dial is aged but intact. The case has been polished in the past, but nothing exessive. The watch is running perfectly. Last service was in 2018.

This stunning Omega Seamaster from the early 1950ies with goldcap is in beautiful condition. I believe this combination of waffle dial, applied logo and gold indexes without any numerals ist quite rare on the vintage market. The watch had a full service and the plexy was changed for an original Omega signed crystal.
