By purchasing something from from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my watches and products that appear on this website.
I guarantee that the watches sold on this Website are original and will state in the description, if any parts have been changed or do not correspond to the original watch.

WARRANTY

I will provide most of the watches sold on this website with a warranty between 3 – 6 months. This will be stated in the description of the watch.
The warranty covers the repair of the watch by my watchmaker.
The customer will be informed by e-mail about the repairs/replacement of parts and must agree by e-mail to the work that needs to be carried out.

Any claim for Warranty must be communicated by the customer in writing an e-mail.

The issue must be described by the customer in this written communication. If the conditions for warranty are not met, the customer shall be notified of this, stating the reasons such as:

• damage deliberately caused by customer by inappropriate handling of the vintage watch
• damage related to water
• watch straps, glass, crowns and all parts subject to wear and tear as well as any damage not caused by natural or normal wear are excluded from warranty.

Only the repairs that can be fixed by my own watchmaker will be carried out. Repairs that require to be carried out by the manufacturer are excluded from the guarantee. There is no obligation for performance under warranty, if the replacement part cannot be obtained other by the manufacturer himself.

The customer has to provide proof that the watch delivered is actually the good acquired at Pretty-Watches.ch. Watches sent in by error, will be returned immediately. The customer pays the shipping in this case.
